Taylor Walker is a senior analyst on the Pembina Institute's transportation team and is based in Ottawa. Her work focuses on advancing Canada’s net-zero energy transition through policy and technology solutions.
In her role at the Pembina Institute, Taylor leads projects aimed at accelerating the electrification of transportation in Canada. She has supported research and advocacy related to electric vehicle policy and industrial competitiveness. Prior to joining the Pembina Institute, Taylor was a policy analyst at Natural Resources Canada, where she worked on Canada’s strategic energy policy. She holds a Master of Public Policy in sustainable energy and the environment from Carleton University, where she studied sustainable energy transitions with a focus on analyzing key barriers and identifying opportunities in policy development and implementation.
