The Pembina Institute presented in front of the Standing Committee on Finance February 27, 2007 to make a case for eliminating the Accelerated Capital Cost Allowance (ACCA). The ACCA is an irresponsible use of taxpayer's money as the oilsands sector by all measures is mature and does not need taxpayer support.
