Nina Logvin

Nina Logvin is an analyst with the Pembina Institute’s electricity program, based in Toronto, with a focus on Ontario research and outreach. She brings a background in innovation and energy policy and has worked in various departments across the federal government, including Environment and Climate Change Canada and National Research Council. Before joining the Pembina Institute, she worked at Natural Resources Canada’s Office of Energy Research & Development, assessing the outcomes and impacts of federal funding on demonstration projects led by electric utilities and renewable energy companies.

Nina holds a dual master’s degree in public policy and global affairs, specializing in energy and innovation, from the University of Toronto and Sciences Po Paris. As part of her studies, she interned at the International Energy Agency with their energy efficiency and inclusive transitions team in Paris, France. In her free time, she enjoys reading historical fiction novels, Latin dancing, and biking along Toronto’s waterfront.
