What if we, collectively, could transform our neighbourhoods to be even more livable, vibrant, and sustainable places to live, work, and play? What if everyone had the choice to walk 10 minutes to hop on reliable and frequent rapid transit to get to/from work or school? And even better, what if homes around transit were affordable to all?
In this talk, Carolyn Kim will draw on the research that the Pembina Institute is doing to show why we need to keep pushing for even more community development around transit. But don’t just take it from her, this is an opportunity to say what your vision is for our cities, today and tomorrow.
