This spring, the DUKE Heights BIA will be partnering with the Pembina Institute to launch a Neighbourhood Freight Forum (NFF). The NFF will bring together local business representatives and other local stakeholders to improve goods movement and reduce gridlock in the area.
This event is the official launch of the NFF and is an opportunity to voice your concerns about issues like parking, traffic lights, congestion, trucking and more.
With the support of experts and engaging with government staff, NFF members will work together to identify local goods movement issues and test on-the-ground solutions to address them. These solutions can lead to reduced costs for businesses and operators, while also helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
