Trinity Song is an analyst for the Pembina Institute's Equitable Transition team, based in Calgary.

Prior to joining the Institute, Trinity was a Community Capacity Builder with YW Calgary's Women’s Economic Prosperity team, where she developed programs, curricula and resources to address systemic and socioeconomic vulnerabilities of women. She was also the Co-Chair of the YW Calgary’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion committee. Additionally, she developed childcare policy recommendations for YW Calgary while she was their government relations and public policy intern.

She recently received her Master’s in Psychology from Adler University, where she minored in industrial and organizational psychology. Her master's capstone focused on decolonizing methods of social cognitive theory for improved outcomes with Indigenous Canadian children.

Trinity enjoys hiking on Treaty 7 territory with her partner and their golden retriever. She is also an avid fan of most creative hobbies -- mainly knitting, painting and calligraphy.
