Nicola Smith is executive assistant to the Pembina Institute's executive director. She has a diverse background in administrative support, customer service, project administration, and executive assistance across both public and private sectors. Having recently joined us from the Government of Saskatchewan, she brings a wealth of invaluable experience to our team, along with organizational and problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
Nicola has a certificate in business administration from Staffordshire University in England. Outside of the office, she can be found continuing to flex her organizational and planning skills on her husband and blended family of five children, along with visiting every dog park possible with her two-year-old Lassie dog, Maggie.
