Delaney Griffiths is an associate director on the Pembina Institute's Strategic Partnerships team, based in Vancouver.
Delaney focuses on building and strengthening partnerships that advance the Institute’s mission and drive meaningful impact. She brings over seven years of experience in healthcare philanthropy, where she specialized in pediatric palliative care and worked to improve province-wide access to essential healthcare services. Delaney has managed major donor portfolios, developed strategic engagement initiatives, and led programs that connect communities and advance equity.
She is passionate about the role that strategic partnerships can play in advancing climate solutions and building a more sustainable future. Her years working in healthcare and community development reinforced her commitment to equity and impact.
Delaney holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a focus on Canadian politics from the University of British Columbia and a business management certificate in nonprofit leadership, and is a certified fund raising executive (CFRE).
Outside of work, Delaney can often be found running through Pacific Spirit Park or diving into a new book, and always looking for ways to stay active and keep learning.
