Transitioning remote Indigenous communities in Alberta away from diesel onto clean energy technologies

This workshop is just the beginning of the work towards reducing reliance on diesel fuel in Alberta’s isolated communities through furthering the use of clean energy in these communities within the next two years. This special initiative is supported by the Government of Alberta to further the goals of the Climate Leadership Plan and the Pan-Canadian Framework. The workshop is hosted by the Government of Alberta and facilitated by the Pembina Institute.
