The current cycle of funding for the LiveSmart BC Efficiency Incentive Program ends in March 2013. As the 2013 budget is being considered, the Pembina Institute wrote to the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Natural Gas to urge its continued support for this important program.

As part of the discussion, we interrogate the Bonbright Principles and their role in maintaining systemic barriers which directly affect the uptake of clean energy progress in remote Indigenous communities.
