This report estimates the greenhouse gas emissions that are likely to be associated with the Mackenzie Gas Project, both from operations (upstream) and through combustion of sales gas (downstream). It then provides comparisons to put those emissions in context, including considering natural gas use in the oilsands. Lastly it provides ideas for reducing greenhouse gas emissions resulting from the operation of the Mackenzie Gas Project.
