Marc Huot is a policy analyst with the Pembina Institute’s Oilsands Program. Marc is involved with researching and reviewing environmental impacts associated with oilsands development. His technical background includes knowledge of renewable energy, life-cycle assessment methodology, and energy systems. Nathan Lemphers is a senior policy analyst in the Pembina Institute's oilsands program, and the Institute's lead on U.S. energy policy. Nathan has been with the Pembina Institute since September, 2009, and has written reports on liability management of oilsands mines, the economics of the proposed Northern Gateway Pipeline and the transboundary impacts of the oilsands. Beyond his work on the Institute's policy advocacy side, Nathan has contributed to private and public consulting projects on such topics as offshore oil and gas drilling regulations, wetland policy, sustainable design and sustainability reporting.
