Publication - April 30, 2015 - By Cherise Burda, Mike Collins-Williams

This report identifies five ways to make mid-rise, mixed-use development more economically viable and affordable for famillies. This form of more compact development is crucial to create vibrant and healthy neighbourhoods that are walkable and transit-connected.
