Communications Lead, Pembina Institute

Adrienne supports the production of a variety of publications for the Pembina Institute, focusing on Alberta-based issues and social media for the oilsands group. Prior to her role at the Pembina Institute, Adrienne worked for a number of for-profit and non-profit organizations in communications and marketing capacities. Adrienne is also a freelance writer. She wrote "Going Green," a monthly environment column for three years for Fast Forward, "In Transit," a weekly sustainable transportation column for Metro News, and currently writes a bi-weekly civic affairs column for the Calgary Herald. Adrienne graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature and from Mount Royal University with a diploma in non-profit studies. When not at work, Adrienne can be found outside with her dog, cycling around town, paddling anywhere she can, at live music events, with her friends in the mountains or watching Coronation Street with a cuppa.
