- Charlie Fischer, former CEO of Nexen Inc. and head of clean energy working group within the US-Canada Clean Energy Dialogue (industry expertise)
- Fred Gallagher, Managing Director, Canadian Enhanced Energy Development Ltd. (renewable energy expertise)
- Preston Manning, President and CEO, the Manning Centre for Building Democracy (policy & political expertise)
